A. Following the migration to Payments One, your cardholders will access www.eZCardinfo.com.

Q.Will cardholders be required to register for eZCard?

A. There will be a secure card registration process for the cardholders to establish access. Each cardholder will need to register to access this website going forward.

Q.If my cardholders are setup for Autopay will they have to re-enroll in autopay on eZCard?

A. Account Auto-pay functionality and current cardholder elections will migrate from GoToMyCard and CardStation at conversion. However, Cardholders will not see those reflected in the new Cardholder site, eZCard. A payment will be pulled as a result of the previous settings in GTMC/CardStation and another will be pulled as a result of the request made in eZCard. To help address this type of situation, it is critical that you monitor the BC462-10 Auto-pay Activity Report, following your conversion to Payments One, to identify potential duplicates

Q. If I have enrolled in GTMC Alerts and my cardholders have alerts activated, will their alert settings migrate?
